My mom did business with the wilkinsburg store and they closed and this store got the contract or they moved here can’t get a truthful answer out of no one in the store. They over charger and lie to your face the office manager too. The thermostat broke out dryer so the came to exchange it with another dryer with a broken thermostat as well. Now the manager is saying just get a new hose. I’m calling corporate my mom don’t deserve this treatment but they’ll call about the payment and the BBB

This is the worst location. The worst Rent-A-Center I have ever worked with from the manager to the assistant manager to the employees Ron Shea, and everybody else has been nothing but rude and not helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would they have no problem taking the payment from your account that they have such a big issue scheduling delivery delivering by the correct time that they gave you And then they will not help you when you pick up the phone and call them. They are rude and they do not care in the store does need to be looked into this is not happened once but twice and I am over it

I had leasing power but when I signed back in I was required to resubmit an application to see how much leasing power I would be able to utilize and all of the sudden I am denied any amount at all

Always have an easy and great experience dealing with the people at the Forest Hills store. Will surely return. They like to keep in touch, but not too often to see if there is anything you need. They always thank you for paying off a product and make sure you're happy with it. All around friendly people at this store. I've gotten an awesome tv, laptop that is perfect for my needs and a PS5 when no one had them. They also ask if there is anything you may be interested in in the future so they can let you know if they get anything in you would want. They care about the client as a person and not a target. Pretty awesome people and service all around! 7 stars out of 5!
