Worst store to rent from. Several people that work there will say you didn’t return stuff but you really did n have proof that you did but they still dock you. Sounds like someone there is stealing at their Decatur location and saying customers did it. This location n Decatur are trash all they do is give you the run around, rip you off and lie. Go to Aaron’s. The manager female in the back Sheila is the worst manager ever. She hasn’t changed a bit. All she does is talk bs to the other stores as well. I retract what I said about Brandon he’s a good manager at Decatur location n Bluffton went to shit when he left.

Rent A Center has changed a lot since back then, amazing line ups, and pretty cool that you can order from other places with their assistance.

I love dealing with Shelia she is amazing and so understanding. And if they don't have what ur looking for she will go above and beyond to find it for you.

Terrible services, this isn’t our original store but we moved and my original store had to transfer papers over so we could get a tv, finished all the paper work over the phone to get a tv, was called by the store that our tv was ready to go pick up, as I went there I saw they were having promos on TV’s and I could get a better deal then what we already got through the phone. I talked to the people at the Bluffton store about us wanting to switch tv’s to the LG 75 inch and he seemed very mad about us wanting to switch TV’s, cause then he lied and said they sold the ONLY 75 inch Lg tv. So we picked out a Lg 70 inch which he said was brand new (another lie, the tv was made before 2014) but we signed all the paper works etc and I was looking around the store cause we just moved and was looking to add some stuff to the house, while in the process of looking I found 2 LG 75 inch TV’s which he said was no more , so I called him out and he said “it’s not the same total price” so it went from being sold out to “it’s not the same total price” an absolute joke, instead of getting the tv we wanted for the same weekly price we got a 2014 tv….. dude also charged us an extra 100 on the tv cause it was 599 on the promo and he changed us 699. Terrible costumer services and why lie to the costumer?
