Customer service is not great. Both ladies in the office come off very standoffish.

I normally do not like to leave reviews however I am very disappointed that Lucas the manager at the Alemeda location is no longer there. His customer service skills were impeccable, and he worked with me the few times that I needed over the last four years. As a matter of fact Lucas kept me buying things I really did not need but I enjoyed his professionalism and would buy anything from him. I have been with RAC for four years because of him. The staff that are there now are very unprofessional, and have very bad attitudes. They are not really willing to work with you and their tone and demeanor stink. When I said something about Lucas and me missing working with him the person that i spoke with said that's why he is no longer here. After I finish paying of this last product I will no longer be returning to this location.

Poor unprofessional customer service at the Alameda location. And this is from the new Manager and her associate. They on you about a payment but can’t complete your order and can’t figure out how to correct the problem.

This is the worse experience I ever went through with any company. First let me start by saying the manager is very unprofessional. The lady I spoke to at first was nice and helpful. It all changed shortly after they showed how unprofessional they were. They told me my delivery time was 1-3 but somehow they attempted to call me but I never got to speak to them so they were trying to deliver it early but by them not talking to me the time that was original EST they just didn't show and I called them about 2:30 and they say oh the workers leaving at 3 and we tried to call you earlier it if I didn't speak to you then why not come at the set time? I spoke to the manager and he was rude and arrogant and his only solution was a refund so fast forward to the next day they suppose to deliver my furniture early morning and I get an email saying they are refunding me. They are so unprofessional and don'twant tto be at fault for they mess up. I do not recommend them!!

Lucas was very laid back but present enough to be helpful and informative. I selected the perfect set for my home, after reviewing options at his store and two others. His delivery was on time and swift. Definitely, a location that is small but intimate and resourceful for customers.
