I love this Rent-A-Center the team is amazing my favorite manager is Charlene she is very helpful very knowledgeable to make you feel just like family I have been a customer of hers for a very long time her whole team is amazing they are always there for you and very understanding their customer service is amazing

One star is too much! Mgr & Karen are not salespeople. I have a gold star offering me 2 was free. I paid off my previous merchandise 8/2/25. They are bullying me for proof of address 1st 🤔the same address that I am requesting merchandise to be delivered to now. But ok, I emailed the proof now it's not enough that they need to know how much I make, It's too much- I'll go to Costco. I tried to keep it in the neighborhood but perhaps that's your issue the neighbors in (you)r hood.

I went to the store yesterday around 2pm, I parked close to a car in front (felt so lucky I had found an easy spot)… and out comes some woman screaming at me telling me that I hit her car —- I got close to it so I would not get a ticket but certainly did not touch her car at all or damaged it in anyway…. But nothing I said went into her head… she works there obviously and looked like it was the only person staffing the store Wednesday September 3rd. If I was the owner I would not have anyone like that in my staff…. I never made it into the store unfortunately so this woman cost you a customer for no reason other than her stress for something that did not happen… sad. Her car so you, the owner or manager can identify the employee…. Good luck with that psycho.

Can't find what I want... I was pre approved and still couldn't get me what I wanted because they say they can't find a ps5 for me when I was approved for way more then the ps5 was worth smh so disappointed
