I know I went to Rent a Center for a specific reason, but I gained so much more! My store (Cheraw, SC) was absolutely amazing. I felt as if I was becoming part of a family. I was extremely grateful for their going above and beyond, especially Marissa Fair. She became a “sister” to me that day and words will never express my gratitude.

Dryer stopped spinning and heating two weeks, still haven’t gotten it replaced. And the girl they have working at the front is rude and unprofessional. Called and explained it’s been almost two weeks and I still don’t have a replacement. She stated “I dont even know you or anything about this”. Never had any problems until. It’s ridiculous. Definitely my worst experience with them.

Awesome customer service, everyone had a smile and they were all very friendly. I was on a time limit and mentioned that and Nick and Ray were very helpful and the process was fast. In and out in no time. Highly recommend if you want fast friendly services.

This store has a very warm and inviting atmosphere with a great group as a staff. The manager is top notch in customer service and will have you leaving their with a laugh and a smile. It’s nice to be able to go somewhere where they don’t treat you as a customer but as family. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for the latest and greatest to shop with them; even if they don’t have it in store they’ll do their best to get it for you.
