Funny how my rating was deleted and not kept up nor did the owner ask me what went wrong. Ha no surprise there! Bet if I owed money they’d be at my home harrassing me but that’s ok because my rating may be deleted but it wont be deleted with the BBB!

Smells like cigarettes when you walk in . Will call you for no reason before due date. I did most of the unloading and carried it into my own apartment. Dumb.. should’ve kept Brenda. It’s gotten worse at this location . Oh and they threatened me when I didn't get the rac benefit thing. I just laughed.

You can get the same Xbox series s guilded hunter edition and any Nintendo switch OLED for $700 less on Amazon and here are photos for proof that you don't need to rent to own when Amazon will have it for wayyyy less.

After having a horrible experience with the Webster location, I came to this Lincoln st location .looking for Kelvin he was highly recommend by a very good friend . Unfortunately Kelvin was off today but i was Fortunate enough to have my own great customer service experience with a different Coworker name Marisela. After explaining to her my situation and what I have been dealing with In the Webster location for the past 4 days with a big beautiful smile on her face and a sincere apology, she proceeded fixing the issue. there is nothing in this world that I appreciate more then a sincere apology coming from a person that has done nothing wrong but understood that, so out of respect for me , her place of work and on behalf of her coworker she was able to do that and more. With a very short time notice she was able to help me with my issue my selection and delivery she was truly awesome. How funny one person can make the difference . This is a person that truly enjoys her career and sometimes people take that for granted specially costumers and don’t give them enough credit . So from the bottom of my heart and from my family to you ,Thanks you for your great work and dedication to your customers Andrea Lara-fernandez definitely fulfilled every expectation turning a horrible experience to a great one in matters of minutes one that would not go unnoticed happy holidays
