Sold a broke stove that had bugs and rat poop all in it. Tried to call them over and over and every time the person that picked up said that hadn't heard anything about it. Been trying to get them to come pick it up for a week now. Same thing. Someone answers says they will make a note then you call them again and they say they've never heard of it. Absolute trash business. Idk what changed but they use to be darn good. Now they are utterly incompetent.

I cannot recommend them enough. The manger has a heart of gold. Very understanding and kind. Does everything they can to help you out and work with you in tough times.

Ordered a couch a few months ago, payments started coming out & I still have not received the couch at all. I emailed & sent in a contact request, listing specifically, why it was urgent I get a hold of someone to tell me what’s going on. I still have yet to be contacted about my order, payments or where the couch I did order is even at!! Disappointed as I still have no couch at my new apartment. Was really excited about the one I was able to find online with RAC.

I was almost in a wreck just a few minutes ago. I am pregnant and was heading to pick up my daughter from her grandparents and the person driving ran me completely off the road. I hit a pothole and thankfully moved in time because the Rent A Center truck was on my side and flying !!! Get better drivers because someone could get hurt or even be killed.
