Whoever Donna is at this particular location is well spoken, polite, professional and courteous. The delivery guys kept it neat, polite, helpful and setup well. To the two gentlemen also that helped with our application by phone once again well spoken, polite, didn't sugarcoat anything and kept their word. This is my first time renting however from the courteous staff at this particular location that I've encountered I endorse them as a great location, trustworthy and dependable. I am only just a couple hundred off of paying my bedroom set off and have explained to them the last few weeks that I've gone through some medical issues and some personal issues with losing some stuff in my house so that my payments would not be on time but they would be paid. I am continuously being called non-stop even after speaking with them and telling him this. They still call me and instead of actually knocking on my door to talk to me they didn't knock and just left a door hanger and they can't tell me that they said I wasn't home cuz both my cars are in the driveway and my front door stays open during the day. They left it on my screen door so obviously somebody was home if the door was open. Always horrible customer service and have had the manager yell at me before when I told him that I was the person to reach out to as far as the account goes, even though it's under my husband's technically under both of our names.

Amazing delivery staff. Patient and VERY helpful! Appreciate them baring with us and waiting for us to make home improvements to get the appliances in! 😂

Manager put extras on account and can prove with a copy of contract please ask for proof can prove it's fraud what they are doing and illegal and will.make the contract void... When talking to the manager his attitude was not my problem bring it back and your loss is my gain nice attitude well let's see what the judge says because stealing is a crime
