The manager Elijah is a great guy explains everything. But the rules and advertising is very wrong. They allow u put 10 down but u can't get nothing till u give them another payment. Also any electronics u must give 150 deposit before u get the merchandise. Very misleading company. None of this is on website or in fine print.

Female manager gets attitude to quickly. Does not communicate with her other co manager and does not bother to listen to her customers. If I was not in desperate need of a bed I would not recommend going through them! Highly unprofessional!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND PAID ON TIME BUT THEY STILL WANTED TO TAKE FROM ME! Followed me on a random day yo the store with my baby in the stroller. My dad scared them off my porch they haven’t been back since 2019.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND PAID ON TIME BUT THEY STILL WANTED TO TAKE FROM ME! Followed me on a random day yo the store with my baby in the stroller. My dad scared them off my porch they haven’t been back since 2019.

my debit card was compromised and i called to notify the store and spoke to the manager to advise i would not have a new card to make a payment until after the payment was due. i have not missed a payment in a year and asked to have the late fee waived due to this situation. i was advised it would be and then it was not and the same manager argued with me he was not able to waive the fee and was extremely rude. i will make sure to let everyone know not to do business with this company due to the poor customer service and treatment the MANAGERS feel appropriate setting the tone of the store for the customer experience.

The best store i love everyone there i feel that i know them all my life. Elijah (idk if i spell it right) lol🤣 but him and the Spanish girl are the best people in that store when i call and ask for anything they find the way to get it and bring it right away… The best ❤️❤️❤️💯💯💪💪💪
