I went there for Amazon return because I got sick of the return at my usual place. The men there were courteous and quick. No line. No long walk from a parking lot.

I don’t even know where to begin!! Kervin R was absolutely amazing. From the moment I called the store with my dilemma to the moment he arrived with my furniture!!! He was friendly, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help me get what I needed and have it TONIGHT!!! He called to let me know when he was on the way and when he arrived at my home with Carlos T they were very helpful. He made what started out as a very stressful situation into one that brought much peace to my spirit. Thank you gentlemen for the superb customer service!!!! It was much appreciated.

LESS THAN ZERO….. Go with another Rent to Own company. One that treats you like you have sense…educated. They’re not use to dealing with those type of people. My “application” was denied….DENIED for renting furniture 😡 Back when, their account show a rental of a “frame” and the situation was never resolved. First, I don’t recall a “frame” because I’ve always had my own bedroom furniture. Then, the Rep at the Gated location had the nerve to ask me if I ever called the store 2020/21). Are you kidding me 😡 First, I don’t know of this and second, why didn’t they contact me. Yes peeps, intelligent ones, take your monies elsewhere!
