If I could give no stars I would, That manger named Karl or whatever his name is, has the worst customer service skills ever. I don’t even understand why you would have him answering the phone and talking to customers the way he does completely unprofessional and rude. I was pretty upset because I was told that I was getting a couch off the showroom floor, which to me is pretty disgusting with the amount of money we pay to rent/pay for we should never be receiving stuff off the showroom floor. Never used Rent-A-Center figured I’ll try it for the first time and I never will again thanks for nothing.

I like this place a lot. Being able to attain items of good- excellent quality, with a down payment I can purchase things and enjoy them in my house within a weeks time!

Absolutely love this store and the staff there they not only work with you but they treat you just like family!!! I absolutely 1000000 %recommend this store to any an everybody!!! … I added a coffee table and end tables to my living room and the assistant manager kervin Romero delivered the same day and gave me an entire month free of payments!!!! I can absolutely give them a million star review I’m treated like a family member every time I come in I have to say I will never shop at another furniture place again I’m a for life customer and if you want to be treated like family I say come to this store !!!! You might even catch me in there

This is the worst rent a center ever they employee are rude. I have one item from them almost done with my payments miss one payment due to personal matters but still putting in some type of payment I only owe about $300 and something dollars they call my phone about 5 -6 times a day and come by my house like I’m skipping my payments or something at this point I feel like I’m being harassed. I don’t get it. You getting you MONEY why do they think this is ok. I don’t recommend this rent a center to anyone horrible customer service.
