Dy'niqua was Courteous fast. And knowledgeable of what was offered for my same as cash approval I was in and out of the store and my delivery was set for Next day The gentleman that delivered the furniture were also. Very nice. Great sense of humor and did a wonderful job. Thank you for your service. I will be a business with you

The manager at the Shreveport location, on Waggner St, is totally unprofessional, not trustworthy and a snake in a RAC uniform. After I pay off my two accounts i will never do business with the company again nor would I recommend ours to shop with the company. The manger is a low life who , undress female customers with his eyes , he a thief and a coward…… Mark is great but Oscar will cause RAC to loss a lot of long time costmers like myself…..

Ordered a Washer from this place and went through the procedures to start the contract and delivery date and They scheduled a delivery date. On the day of the delivery which was supposed to be the 15th of March the washer was never delivered so when I called the store they stated that the delivery date was Changed even thought they require you to be in-person for deliveries. I took off work for the delivery they are bad with communication

I went on dec. 9 2018.... Got a tv and a sound system. First off i thought id be getting a new tv... Nope got a used one.. .Then when they brought it it was filthy.. .And screen had Hand prints and scratches!! Then the sound system i got was supposed to have a remote... They didnt give us the remote... Then the damn tv has to have a samsung one connect to be able to do anything with it and they did not tell us that! That costs $80 for one! Everyone told me not to go to rent a center and now i see why... Conns gives you things brand new
