After being told that the laptop I ordered was at my local store and in great condition and ready to pick up, I drive 30 minutes to complete the transaction and find out that the laptop is locked up..or bricked! This makes the 3rd online agreement I have attempted to complete with your company and each time it always ends up being some problem with the product that prevents me from getting the item. Well this will certainly be the last time it happens. I'm supposed to receive a call from my local store tomorrow letting me know if they were able to fix that laptop or find a similar one at another store, but I am not holding my breath! Once I finish paying off the 1 item I have, I will never rely on RAC for anything!

If you shop at this store you ask for DK, hands down great person. Takes his job very seriously. Overall great experience and helpful.

I like there service and delivery. But I only brought a twin bed for cash because my 2 grandkids was coming to visit.

My order couldn't be delivered because we have no service elevator. I'm disappointed because I've waited for 3 months to get to where I could get these items and was unable to make it work. SO, IF YOU DONT HAVE A SERVICE ELEVATOR OR EXTRA LARGE ELEVATOR, YOU WONT GET YOUR STUFF. The staff is wonderful but unfortunately I wasn't happy with the delivery service, or lack thereof.
