They just don't want to help me! I've requested quotes online, I've been inside the store 3 times, the guy dont know how to work the order computer to put in a order. He doesn't even try! It's a terrible store! (The store on Mansfield Rd)

Rented two window air conditioners for $20.00 a week each when my parents' central air went out. The stupid home warranty took almost two weeks to replace their unit. Rent One was a life saver for them because there house was 95 degrees inside! The air units were 13,000 BTU and cooled their den, master bedroom and master bathroom with ease. They were brand new in a box too!

This company needs to remove the to own portion from the rent to own offer. They appear to only offer used furniture. They are not interested in you owning your furniture in any way. They live off of repos and re rents perpetually re renting furniture in an effort to never purchase new furniture except when they are out of used furniture.. They will threaten a reposession after 3 days being late on a payment. That is the rental business not the rent to own business. It is their furniture not yours. I have delt with their competitors over the years but was never treated like a thief after a 3 day late payment Beware
