She goes above and beyond to get you what you want and need at the best possible price. I had a wonderful experience with Crystal at Rent One in Vivian! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the inventory and went above and beyond to be helpful during my visit. The store was very clean and well-organized, which made browsing even more enjoyable. I was also impressed with the option to order items that aren’t currently in stock — a great convenience! Although I didn’t make a purchase this time, I will definitely return to the Vivian location in the future. I want to make sure I receive the same outstanding customer service from the amazing Crystal. Highly recommend!

Vicki is a really sweet person very nice and has a great personality. She's the only reason why I still get things there. That little time she was gone was the worst. The people they brought in was very rude. Glad they opened their eyes and brought her back. Go see her she's the best

The lady kept asking what I was looking for when I'd already told her I was just there to look. Apparently nobody can look without being harassed. I do not do business with places that I get harassed at just because I go in to look.
