Great store. Always clean and they are really nice
This little store packs a lot of nice, comfy furniture that is sure to catch your eye. But the biggest thing about this place is Miss Crystal, she is so sweet, down to earth, and very helpful. She goes above and beyond to get you what you want and need at the best possible price. And her coworker is very helpful and courteous when he makes your delivery, even when you’re a bit picky, he is patient for sure. Love Rent One of Vivian, La

I had a wonderful experience with Crystal at Rent One in Vivian! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the inventory and went above and beyond to be helpful during my visit. The store was very clean and well-organized, which made browsing even more enjoyable. I was also impressed with the option to order items that aren’t currently in stock — a great convenience! Although I didn’t make a purchase this time, I will definitely return to the Vivian location in the future. I want to make sure I receive the same outstanding customer service from the amazing Crystal. Highly recommend!
