I have been shopping with Mr. Charles for over 4 years now. He is always helpful and gets me exactly what I want each time. I just recently got two tvs, a king size bedroom set and a living room set and I'm so in love. The movers come in and set everything up and they are extremely nice and helpful. I will continue to shop again. I already know what my next purchase will be.

I got furniture delivered last week Was supposed to be brand new The guys delivered it It wasn’t in plastic Cotton coming out the pillows They scraped against the door Dropped it on the ground It’s ridiculous and disrespectful They were not apologetic Mr Parker the district manager is rude Charles have good days and bad days Matt is nice Until my furniture is replaced I’m gonna keep reporting this This review is mainly because of Mr. Parker, the district manager Told me if I escalated the regional manager will decide if she want to call me or not like who says that Horrible customer service

So I wanted to rent a Playstation 5 from rent a venter let's start by the sales manager was very un patient and rude second I make 15.00 a hour working for dish so I have the money to rent it when I told him I live with my aunt he said we can't rent to you it has to go in your aunts name why does that matter I live with her. I won't be doing business ever with you I'll just go to arrons

Rent a center is awesome! I would choose them over any one of the rental companies! I haven't gotten my lock on my washer fixed yet but id still choose them
