Long time customer of rent a center! Swear they furnished my whole house lmao! Alexis always goes above and beyond finding me just what I’m looking for and making sure I love it after it’s been delivered! Jose did my delivery. He made sure to check where I wanted it! He built my tv stand super fast and got my tv out and placed it on the stand perfectly. So polite and respectful. Always an amazing experience with them!

I was asked recently if I could provide Rent-A-Center with a review based on my experience - this will probably be the easiest review I've ever written. Lexy and her wonderful staff couldn't have been more friendly or engaging to someone who was new to the area, and they found a way to work within my budget and furnish my home. Lexy was great in suggesting possible chair/couch combinations, and I was extremely happy with my final selection(s). Ezekiel and his buddy were quick to deliver my items, and they were so personable and hard-working that I could hardly be upset when they inadvertently tore my couch on a fire alarm located in a very difficult stairway to navigate. They immediately discounted my purchase, and were quick to apologize and be accountable. A few weeks after my purchase, I was laid off from my job and struggled to make payments on time. Lexy never stopped trying to find a way to work within my budget, and was more than accommodating as long as I maintained correspondence and made an effort to get caught up. I am so thankful for her patience and personable nature, would recommend her to anyone looking to make their house a home, and would eagerly give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her excellent customer service. I'm quite certain that I will be a customer for life, and if you're looking for outstanding service with a personal touch, Lexy at the Minden store is the person to see!

Some companies are committed to continued improvement of their company and some arent. Rent A Center is one of them that lacks pride. Unreliable, undertrained, underpaid. Sounds great a rent to own be ready for the headache, check your appliances for damage.
