Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

unsuccessful Amazon free return, they could not take it because they were out of boxes that Amazon supplies. I did give 3 stars because I don't know for sure it is not another Amazon scam or their fault for not having what was needed to a free return. ups is now charging 1$ for shipping back to Amazon.
I don’t recommend this place at all. We got a couch from here and they come beat on our door all the time like there the cops. They say we don’t pay the payment but clearly on the app it says we have. I don’t know if things are just messed up on there end or what but just about every week someone is coming knocking on our door. Also are payment is on auto pay so it comes out of my husbands check everytime. We definitely pay and they still show up. So if you want people at your house all the time get something from them. Otherwise I would go find something else somewhere else.
So I told the manager 2 weeks ago when I made a payment that I was on the hospital and they show up at my house that's fine but then they go to my work and work told I wasn't there no shit because I'm in the hospital than go back my house and tell my girlfriend that there gonna show up at the hospital I'm at funny thing they have my number and they never called ..that was it so I've decided to contact a lawyer and going to take legal action.
I never thought rent a center would be my choice of stores but here I am. The manager Brad in Claremore is just awesome and I couldn't be happier. The 2 employees he had delivering my things were outstanding as well. All around pleasantly surprised at the professionalism involved with my experience here.
NEW TO THE AREA, NEEDED FURNITURE QUICK. BRAD AND KIM WERE THE GREATEST. EVEN DID QUICK DELIVERY. ALSO, OFFERED SHOPPING AND PARKS TO VISIT. BEST STORE IN OKLAHOMA!!
Rude hateful I don't have an ac unit tried to order one and got turned down because of my address that I live at because a next door nabor got turned down and they assumed I was trying to order it for them although the nabors wanted a computer not an ac I'm over heated and sick but at least aarons is going to help me with an ac rent a center needs new management
The staff other than the manager are great. Their manager wouldn't even correct a mistake. I am set up on bi weekly payments and their auto pay took money 2 weeks in a row. Instead of fixing the mistake and sending the money back, I got a phone call stating in order to get the money back I would have to return the stuff I have been paying for. The guy is a complete jerk. I literally had to starve as an over the road truck driver because he wouldn't fix a mistake. If you don't mind overpaying and not getting mistakes corrected, this is your place.
