The staff have always been responsive and helpful. Items are delivered and picked up promptly when requested. Overall, this has been a much better experience compared to renting when I was younger.

Staff was rude and slow when I placed my order. Then they call on delivery day to tell me they were pushing my delivery back 4 days because of the roads, still with a terrible attitude. No offer to do anything to make up for issues caused by lack of professionalism. They did not even offer to refund for the time I would not have furniture. I'll buy used and throw it away before I use a bad business like this.

Staff was rude and slow when I placed my order. Then they call on delivery day to tell me they were pushing my delivery back 4 days because of the roads, still with a terrible attitude. No offer to do anything to make up for issues caused by lack of professionalism. They did not even offer to refund for the time I would not have furniture. I'll buy used and throw it away before I use a bad business like this.

Not even a year in and the charger stops working on my laptop for school I use 2-3 hours a week. I was told by two employees that it was covered then a third said it was ordered but mean while the store manager was out for two weeks so I reached out to the g.m who basically made it seem like it was my issue the whole time despite the employees at the store promising me a charger was ordered. So here I am being told it was ordered and it’s not. They won’t cover it so don’t get ldw for sure. I reached out to the general manager who also said it’d be covered and he’d talk to the store manager who would order it when she got back, well that turned into him saying “don’t call or text my phone” wow I’ve provided this store with 800/ a month for over a year and a half and they will find a way to get out of anything despite promises from THEIR EMPLOYEES. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB as well. There for you when they get money, not there when there’s an actual issue.

Great service and friendly staff. Amazing deals on quality products. They offer warranty service that is completely covered by the company, worry free. The staff takes time to get to know you and will find anything you need within reason.
