I would be careful buying any electrical items from RAC. I’ve purchased an MacBook and it randomly had an issue with the screen so I gave it back after wasting a lot of money on it. Major loss. I also don’t recommend you pay off the item until it’s fully inspected and you’ve had it for some time because I payed cash for another laptop in store than the laptop starts giving issues so I asked if I can bring it back and was told all sales are final. So pretty much impossible to return something we pay cash for? Just a very risky place to buy stuff. I would search around before purchasing here because if people return their items or don’t pay them off they’re placed back on the shelf. Also happened with an ac unit that started leaking water inside the house and damaged the walls caused an expensive drywall repair. Asked to swap it and was told getting a new one and got a used ac unit. So now we are buying other people’s problems and getting told we can’t receive a refund if defective. Happened with a couch I payed off. Furniture is cheaply made so be careful paying a lot of money because NOTHINGS RETURNABLE. I’m so surprised because anywhere else I buy something and it’s messed up I get my money back.

The guys made it very easy and fast to get everything done and rolling for my new couches!

I had an issue with an order through the online system, and not only did Tyler refund me for the mishap (item ordered but never came, yet i still had an auto payment taken out) but he also waived my payment that was due today for another item, AND on top of that he asked if i still wanted the tv and said it would be free for today! Tyler really went above and beyond for me, making sure i was nothing less than satisfied. He asked me about three times if I still wanted the tv, he was determined to make sure i got what i had wanted. It’s Christmas so money is tight, and now I don’t have to worry about anything until after Christmas now. Thank you so much Tyler, and George as well for your customer service, I know I was a bit sassy at first.

Tyler has always been very nice and cool. But they have employee there named Nelson or Neil who completely talks over the customer is rude and hangs up on people! It's absolutely horrible service and he needs to be reprimanded immediately

This store is great , every-time I have an issue Tyler gets it handled ! His repair man fixed a ladder for me on a bunk bed very friendly and prompt ! George and his other co worker can’t remember his name came to deliver the tv stand they set it up promptly so friendly and trustworthy ! Very polite and knowledgeable! Thank you Tyler for always making everything right with a great attitude!! And thank you for teaching your team to be just like you caring friendly and prompt ! I have been dealing with this store for years and have had some pushbacks but Tyler has always made it right before Tyler was there I didn’t really have good experiences with the other leadership!
