They were very helpful in finding what I needed and making it work within my budget.
Found out they reversed my payment 30mins after it was processed, made it seem like I never paid so now I’m behind and they are holding me accountable for their mistake, big time SCAMMERS !! I should have listened to my instincts and never took the deal, I should’ve left after my first purchase and not start a contract. It’s more to this story but too much to explain.

Was told my delivery would be made between 12-2. Never called to let me know they couldnt deliver because someone called out. This is after they told me they were coming and said I could throw my bed out. I offered to help them move the furniture into my apartment. They acted like they didnt care i had to sleep on the floor. They said they would call me back and never did. They dont have any good customer service here.

Horrible experience here I’m a customer at the colonial heights location they had something I wanted and they wouldn’t transfer it to the ch store and then they say they sold it after I requested to get it transferred The lady working there kept balling her face up at me and was being plain rude to not only me but my sister as well literally acted like they didn’t want to help us which is completely fine

Are dryer broke down I have five kids. I was able to go to Rent-A-Center and get a new dryer with only $25 I paid it off and the dryer still working thank you Rent-A-Center
