Rent-A-Center Southwest Edgewood road. Is bar none the place to get your washers or dryers or appliances! When was the last time you had to find and purchasing an appliance? Sunshine and her crew are bar none! If you want a fun relaxing time picking out your appliances? You have to go to Rent-A-Center Southwest cedar Rapids and Edgewood road! These people break the mole when it comes to customer service relationships! I would even go on a limb to state that I guarantee 100% you'll be satisfied! I am also not getting paid for this review whatsoever! I also do not know one single soul at Rent-A-Center. I have called numerous appliance store rental places in cedar rapids. I just wish I would have started with Rent-A-Center on the southwest of Edgewood road first!

Sunshine is a very nice person and was a great host to me. I love the fact that I was able to get what I needed on sale. Great timing!

They helped me out a lot and for the people that received the same do not ever take advantage of them or any good person willing to help you that is absolutely evil just do the right thing especially if you can this is my first bed room set and I love it and they helped me work everything out such good people they deserve all the stars great customer service make your payments on time you guys and tip the deliver people that set up your furniture everyone can use a little help even if it’s 2-5$

Good service over the phone and getting you what you are wanting. But the delivery is just bad. Schedule a time for delivery on two items at separate times. Both times were the 3 to 5 time frame. Both times driver was not here in the time frame. This most recent time it’s now 605 and I’m being told he’s running late. The lady on the phone I couldn’t really understand her. Not sure if she said it was still coming tonight or not. Yet still cleared my day between 3 and 5 to only get told it’s not coming not even a phone call saying hey we can’t make it or hey we will be there in this amount of time. Had to call them to be told it was running late and from the way it’s looking not even going to show. Waste of my afternoon. Update it’s now 7pm store closed an hour ago. After calling at 5 and being told that they were still coming today they still have not shown up. Also didn’t mention this item has been paid for for going on 4 days now so half of my 2 weeks I pay at a time the store has had possession of the item. Why charge me if your not bringing the item on time and on the scheduled day to bring it. Again wasted yet another 2 hours waiting for nothing since they told me when I called that they were still coming. Not very happy right about now half my day waiting for them to not show up.

The manager Summer took oover three hours to give me a refund. I'm still waiting but dont go there. I get better customer service from a paper clip!! Seriously dont go to this store. I called corporate .BTW they do look at your credit. She asked to see how many deposits were in my bank account. Sooooooooo they do!!
