I love rent a center they always help me get what I want and I’m not always the best customer. I’m changing that.

Rent a center was not a good experience. If I was even a day late on paying my bill I would get phone calls that were in an aggressive tone and were not nice. I can honestly say the only positive experience when dealing with this store was Alyssa. She was always so kind and sweet and always talked in a respectful manner and tone. Great customer service from her. That’s all for this review.

they never fail to call me soon as my bill is even 1 or a few days past due. Constant voice messages with a very direct and intimidating tone. Wish rent a center in my area was more understanding and approachable with their employees with respect to how they talk to their customers and there current circumstances

This is definitely a five star store. Alyssa was very prompt, courteous, and professional. She even stayed late to make sure my order was correct. It was such a simple process, I wished I would have looked into them first. They even have free delivery and setup! Thank you, Alyssa, and your team. Absolutely outstanding job!!! God bless.

Every other week I have to call to add a new card to put on file when I have a good card for you to charge every pay day! They have made me pay my late fee every time except once! Not happy!
