Rent-A-Center staff assisted me in booking refrigerators for my event. Staff were very patient and understanding with me. Chris is a great sales rep, and I will recommend the Whittaker location to my colleagues.

I have had NOTHING, but problems even before my delivery a week or two ago. Chey is the person we've communicated with mostly. She didn't contact us like she was supposed to complete co-applicant information so I had to reach out to her 3 days before our scheduled delivery, she was off and the manager answered with no helpful information. When she called back the next day she told me everything was all set, and then looked to double check only to discover that she in fact had not finished the application and our items wouldn't have been delivered. We were contacted on day of delivery and confirmed twice when the delivery window was only to have it show up 2 hours earlier when we had worked our schedules around the time given. We were told by the delivery drivers she was not going to contact us about damage to our bedroom set until the said they wouldn't deliver it without us being notified. And now we had someone show up at our door about not having made a payment even though she had spoken to me on Saturday and just spoken to my fiance this morning. She proceeded to get an attitude with me on the phone because of her, the managers and the drivers constant miscommunication between each other. I do not have a problem with the company. My frustration with is exclusively with Chey and how this whole situation has been handled at this location. The lack of/poor communication between staff and then staff to the customers.

The assistant manager Shy was very helpful. It would take me all day to detail how this woman changed my life. I called from my truck, embarrassed to walk in because I was recovering from a brutal attack. I also suffer from Trigeminal nuerolgia which causes me to have electric shocks going through my face. I decided to walk into the store and speak with her directly. I explained my circumstances, and how my son and I had been living in my truck for 30 days and had just signed a lease at an apartment. This woman stopped what she was doing to listen to my issues. Her compassion, verbal comfort was outstanding. Her knowledge of the prices, and professionalism was off the charts. She went above her job duties just making me feel like I was important and my circumstances mattered. She didn't feel like a saleswoman. It was like having a sister that was planted at the right place just for me. I have never given a review for any place that I have gone to. I looked up the phone number this evening to see what time my delivery would be on tomorrow and looked through the website and seen review so I felt compelled to leave one. I really don't know how this would affect her. Whoever is responsible for given promotions, raises etc.... Please consider this lady. She had no idea that on that same day I was feeling worthless as a woman and thought about sending my son to foster care because I didn't know if I could actually pay off anything that I was signing for ( still don't). However, just allowing me to vent and not hesitating to give me her shoulder and providing a listening ear enabled me to clear my head and fight. I never shared with her the deeper things that I was battling on the inside. She just spoke life back into me, smiled often and helped give me realistic options to begin with in our new place. Thank you for hiring this woman. I am sure that she has helped many and people never took the time to speak about it. I just had to. I also spoke about her on my Facebook page because you don't come across people often that has a genuine love and compassion for people.

Contact was suppose to be monthly payments and instead they were weekly payments which doesn't work for my family. Lied about what the "insurance" was. Harassed me about my payment. Shady employees.

Whittaker road rent a center has the most amazing sales manager chy honestly made my experience the best I adore her friendly personality and amazing customer service I would recommend her if needing anything she will make the process so much easier I’m glad I went through her Chris the manager is awesome as well thank you Rac
