Rent-A-Center

I will be calling the Support number to report my experience at this store on November 1st 2024 form the store manager!! How do you discrimate against me because of who my sister is and who my friend is! The store manager said he would never rent to me because my sister is a skip when my sister has NO affiliation with what I needed. HORRIBLE! I already had one bad experience with a rent a center and now this one. HE said he doesnt deal with people who are affliated with old Rent a Center workers. Like what does anyone has to do with me and what I was interested in. I was already approved for the merchandise and money was already taken only for me to get to the store and be shot down and asked a ton of questions before I was able to get my stuff I PAID FOR! I spoke to another worker who processed a delivery date and said I could come up there and pick up my laptop only for the manager to decline my items ordered online and say to me, he would never rent to me because of my affliation with my sister and because I worked at Rent A Center in NY when I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN NEW YORK!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

They didn't follow through and we didn't get what we ordered and everything was late and our entertainment stand was damaged and they boned us on a TV. Never again. I was a gold star in Albion NY. They were awesome. This state don't even compare.

Very unorganized, when I was ordering the. The worker was watching her grandchild while at work , the new manger is very rude and too want to know to much about ppl lives . I had scheduled someone to come pick up the furniture cause I was moving . They never had but want to threaten me with the law , then I I called cause who are you to threaten me he told me he was just saying that he didn’t mean .

I’ll never do another online order with these guys! Was approved for 2 game systems. Then store said they needed more info a more deposit down, though online didn’t say any of that! Now I’ve been waiting a week to get $18.81 reimbursed to my bank account. Just tried calling and they won’t answer the phone! Yet they are open til 6pm!

I’ve been a very Loyal 4 year customer, never missed a payment a paid off Atleast 10 things, When Mr. Jeff was there it ran so smoothly always friendly and check on me to see how things were going and if I wanted anything new ! There new crew not the same vibe by no means, usually when the good leave for a better life the bad rack in and it’s Not the Same Atmosphere as before .. sometime I’m short or don’t have the money till the following week and they will Not work with you at all, blowing your phone up! I understand you gotta run a business but Loyalty Goes Further and Trust than Harassment does! We Still are going through a pandemic an everything is going up so they alt to know the struggle it is to maintain life with every and I mean Everything is going up ! I just pray things get better here !
