Note: My application was already approved before going in thinking I was getting my item iPad, but they didn't have it there but before she realized I was already approved she said you got to have a job, what do I told her I got income okay and plus I'm already approved just picking up. Anyways this store was so nasty and unclean I was wondering was my item going to be clean or dirty lie the store so unorganized dusty and the man on the phone was rude to who ever he was speaking to. That store needs new everything furniture and employees because they were unprofessional and the store was just a mess with paper everywhere just filthy. Messy store unorganized means bad business with unfaithfulness and so much chaso in there. I got my money back because she never did what she said she was going to do like order my iPad new. I had to call them because I found one and just didn't want their business. Won't be going to that particular store dirty and filthy on the furniture just every where. Nasty.

I can't pay online bc I was never set up correctly, so I'm supposed to take free time out of my day and go to the store to get it set up, was never charged an over-the-phone fee or told about one as long as I have been covering the phone and was charged one. The store I rented from is awful UPDATE 🚨 PLEASE DONT BE LATE NOT EVEN A WEEK OR TWO they will harass you until you pay them back !! The store manager is a talker but listen very closely he makes weird jokes and repeats himself, he is always being sarcastically rude. NONE OF THEM KNOWS HOW TO COMMUNICATE BUT LET ME TELL YOU DONT EVER SOUND UPSET OR BE MAD ABOUT SOMETHING BC THEY FOCUS ONLY ON YOUR “ATTITUDE” let the store manager come to my home just to be rude to me and tell me that he knows I don’t like him and I’m always mean to him like that matters lol I never talk to him simply bc we got into it like my first month renting from them. I was warned about the manager but I did not know the whole store was just very UNPROFESSIONAL& everything is DIRTY lol so if they try to say anything about your furniture say something about that nasty store!! I will never do business with them again!

I purchased furniture from this store and a washer and dryer set they delivered mechandise to my home that was not working it took them 3 days to come pick it up. The furniture was ordered from another store and it was overpriced Rent a center is supposed to be flexible and affordable to how you get paid the terms and conditions were not explained good the manager has poor communication skills and He is unprofessional. I had the chairs 3 weeks and they picked them up today. This was by far the worst experience ever and I will never rent from RAC again. Visiting this store was not a good experience Upon entering it was very unorganized And everything on the show room floor was not appealing Customer service should be stressed and Staff should follow suit

This store is an absolute JOKE! There is a list of things I can list but I’ll be brutally honest. I dislike the staff. First interaction, upon arriving to the store, When myself and my spouse went into the store to inquire about a bedroom set along with a washer and dryer, store employee Corvis(whatever his name is) came out his mouth to myself and my spouse that if we are late on one payment then he will go to the magistrate to press charges on ME! Like what?!! Then days following, my merchandise arrived late and they were trying to collect payment for merchandise I just received one day ago. Make that make sense. Then the mattress they provided was super worn out and flat that we called the store numerous of times to report. That’s when the manager took it upon himself to provide a better mattress but the bed frame was broken smh. So I was caught up on all payments until the last one because I disliked the way the employees talked to my spouse. My spouse called to the store to ask if they can put his phone number down so they don’t have to constantly call My phone every few minutes for a payment since I work from home and I can’t have my phone on. Yet the store called me over 25 times in 2 hours one day that I had to put my phone on do not disturb then they got mad because I did that so they would start calling me from their personal numbers and accused me of blocking the store number when I put my phone on do not disturb just so I can focus on my job. Then let’s talk about it, one of the store associates called my spouse a choir boy like that’s disrespectful. So in my honest option all the employees except the guys that delivered the items need to be replaced because this store lack professionalism, great customer service skills, customer service etiquette. They need to be trained better to do their job better. This store is lucky I can’t leave a 0 star rating because the way we were treated is horrible! And it’s sad because my spouse was an Assistant Manager at another Rent A Center in New York before he moved here and he never treated his customers the way this store treated us. Absolutely disgusting behavior!
