Rent-A-Center

The staff were friendly when I went in to make my agreement but misinformed me about the final price for 6 months same as cash. I was told my weekly payment would cover the total price in 6 months, and a week before the 6 months was up I was told I still owed several hundred dollars, so I had to scramble to come up with the rest of the money because they said they couldn’t extend me an extra week to pay it off. Also when my item was delivered they were very unprofessional, they 2 guys seemed like they hated their job and didn’t even offer to bring it in my house or help set it up, they just left it on my porch! Good thing I have a strong boyfriend who handled it for me! Next time I’ll go to the RAC at hannaford square, never have had any problems at that one!

I always appreciate the assistance I get anytime I call and talk with Mike or Daniella. They’ve been understanding when I’ve been able to make only 1/2 or a bit more of a payment for my biweekly charge and catch up the following payment (I work in the public school system so summer is tough financially). They are always working to find a way to help and are always friendly, courteous, and understanding. It’s very appreciated. Everyone has struggles and having a good team that is open to working while not making you feel more stressed financially is why I will continue to use Rent a Center for my needs. They put the effort in to work with you, and it goes a long way as to why I continue with Rent a Center. They were so helpful with me paying off my dining set off a month or so early, and I’m thrilled to own it and cannot wait to own my sectional :) 10/10 Bennington Rent a Center. The staff is amazing.

I heard great things about this rent a center the one I was trying review was one over by Hannaford in the plaza so sorry I had wrong rent a center when I reviewed earlier deleted and re did review .... Very sorry I had mistaken this rent a center for the other one in Hannaford plaza. Can't say anything bad about this one because I have heard nothing bad.

This Rent a Center is awesome 😎 We have paid a few things off over the years, and are about to get some more things to help with our move. They always help us find the best quality for our family that also fits in our budget plan. When going in person they enjoy a bit of chit chat and always make you feel welcomed and part of the RAC family. Danielle and Mike are great! Even the rest of the staff always polite and willing to help. One point our AC unit was not working proper the staff was willing and sat on my porch for almost 2 hours taking it apart and fixed it on the spot. No other places I know have done this or would it's always they'll send it away or some other nonsense, not this store right there fixing and helping out. Thank you 😌 You all are Appreciated 👍

Delivered couch had no problems until we found out how uncomfortable it was and how outrageous the price was they then come to pick couch up smelling like pot then proceed to joke around and be irresponsible whilst handling the furniture the employee then proceeds to slip and fall because of way they were handling furniture and breaks my stairs,chipped brand new floors and walls as well as deep gouges in floor. Manager then proceeds to give me the run around on paying for property damage and is still trying to get me to pay. No regard for your personal property very unprofessional. I would recommend going to the one in the hannaford parking lot instead of this one or going with a different company all-together.
