Rent-A-Center in Bismarck offers a solid selection of products and a friendly, knowledgeable team. The leasing process was quick and straightforward, which made everything easy to navigate. Danielle, the store manager, was especially helpful—she had my rental agreement processed within an hour of reserving a laptop online, and all the necessary paperwork was emailed to me within about 30 minutes of our call. Although it took a few days for the laptop to arrive in-store due to timing at the end of the week, everything else moved quickly and efficiently. Overall, a smooth experience with excellent customer service.

Corey is such a pleasure to do business with. He is always kind, polite and does not shove sales down your throat. When it came time for payments, as long as you communicated with him, he always understood, was reasonable, and never hounded you. He was very easy to talk to and communicate with in terms of any issues, or for any of my needs. He was such a gentle spirit. As long as I deal with CORY, I will continue to do business with RAC whenever I need something but cant pay for it in full. Corey you rock!!!

I had an item from these guys at the inflated price with the financing to make it a reality for my child it made sense....the item was stolen a clear breaking and entering....police report and officer confirmed...somehow these guys act like the insurance the sold me that would cover said event and many more don't it because of negligence....be wary
