Well...at 3pm, while my husband was asleep because he works midnights, they send someone to beat on my front door so hard they knocked 2 pictures off my daughter's bedroom wall. Then they pulled so hard on my front screen door they broke the spring system and now the door will not close. Furthermore, they go to the back door, and giggled the knob , which made the door pop open any out cat got out which we still cannot find! So now im forced to call an attorney over harassment and to make them pay for damages! Completely ignorant !
The employees were, much helpful, with all that was required of my lease-to-own, but I lacked sufficient resolve to acquire my present lease offer... I would recommend the rent-to-own opportunity to others, if, personally, it is credentials and funding allowance needed! 🤞👍

Amazing employees tried to take care of us and do anything they could to keep us happy. But the manager steve makes all transactions horrible worst customer service ever. Had to send a washer back 6 times so far and still not fixed. last time we spoke to him he tried to tell us nothing was wrong with it, when the people that brought it back showed us the parts they "fixed". needless to say he is not willing to work with us rather then telling us he will take some money off a new one. Completely ridiculous DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!!! STEVE MAKES THIS COMPANY A JOKE!!
