I just noticed back my couch is rip something has to be done I still got mark on my dresser drawer and my headboard I sent pictures to Anna nothing has been done something has to come off my bill or give me discount

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Talked to a manager via text and phone yesterday, told them I would be there to make payment by 5pm. Well...at 3pm, while my husband was asleep because he works midnights, they send someone to beat on my front door so hard they knocked 2 pictures off my daughter's bedroom wall. Then they pulled so hard on my front screen door they broke the spring system and now the door will not close. Furthermore, they go to the back door, and giggled the knob , which made the door pop open any out cat got out which we still cannot find! So now im forced to call an attorney over harassment and to make them pay for damages! Completely ignorant !

The employees were, much helpful, with all that was required of my lease-to-own, but I lacked sufficient resolve to acquire my present lease offer... I would recommend the rent-to-own opportunity to others, if, personally, it is credentials and funding allowance needed! 🤞👍

Customer service in store was great bit when guy try to get approved from higher up they denied without even giving him a reason dont recommended going there unless ur pre approved
