Yeah, me and my family went to quality rentals on Friday and we required about a washing machine for 1799 a week used and we had never done business with them or anything. I made more than enough money. I mean I make almost $4600 a month and they were supposed to call me Saturday and they didn’t call me Saturday. They said they call me Monday and here it is Monday. I had to call them and then they tell me that there was a denial for services and I asked him why they claimed that they couldn’t tell me why all out very bad service there equipment isn’t all that for top dollar prices anyways customer service is poor attitudes are poor all out business ethics and display is poor. I would absolutely suggest you do not rent from this place.

A really good company to rent from.The staff is friendly ,knowledgeable, and willing to help with anything they can. They go above and beyond to make sure you're completely satisfied with what you're getting from them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality products at a good price

I have been with Quality Rentals for along time now. They have great customer service. They are the best rental company that I have been with, and as long as you communicate with them and do what you’re supposed to do they will work with you.

Awesome people and great prices. They go above and beyond to help ya. Christian is an awesome guy and will do anything he can to help ya. Definitely recommend them if you want rent to own. Alot better than Aaron's or rent a center. And better same as cash time. Thank you.
