Quality Rental Stores rents to own in Ohio.

Yeah, me and my family went to quality rentals on Friday and we required about a washing machine for 1799 a week used and we had never done business with them or anything. I made more than enough money. I mean I make almost $4600 a month and they were supposed to call me Saturday and they didn’t call me Saturday. They said they call me Monday and here it is Monday. I had to call them and then they tell me that there was a denial for services and I asked him why they claimed that they couldn’t tell me why all out very bad service there equipment isn’t all that for top dollar prices anyways customer service is poor attitudes are poor all out business ethics and display is poor. I would absolutely suggest you do not rent from this place.

Exceptional Rental Experience with Quality Rentals Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 stars) I recently had the pleasure of renting from Quality Rentals, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone who frequently rents equipment, I value professionalism, friendly service, and competitive prices, and Quality Rentals exceeded my expectations on all fronts. From the moment I walked into their MASIVE MEGA SHOWROOM, I was greeted by a team of highly professional and knowledgeable staff members. They were attentive, patient, and eager to assist me in finding the perfect rental equipment for my project. Their expertise and attention to detail demonstrated their commitment to providing the best customer experience possible. What impressed me the most was the staff's friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. They took the time to understand my specific needs and offered valuable suggestions to ensure I had the right equipment for the job. Their level of customer service was exceptional, and they made me feel like a valued customer throughout the entire rental process. In addition to their exceptional customer service, the prices at Quality Rentals are unbeatable in the area. I did my research beforehand, and I can confidently say that they offer the best rates without compromising on the quality of their equipment. It's refreshing to find a rental company that prioritizes affordability without sacrificing reliability or safety. Not only did Quality Rentals provide me with top-notch equipment, but they also ensured that everything was in excellent condition and ready for immediate use. Their commitment to maintaining their inventory reflects their dedication to customer satisfaction and showcases their professionalism. Overall, my experience with Quality Rentals was nothing short of fantastic. I cannot thank the team at Quality Rentals enough for their outstanding service. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I will undoubtedly choose them as my go-to rental company in the future.

Quality rentals is by far the best furniture store to go with! I have tried Arron’s, rent a center, all kinds of different ones. And they all cared more about the money. If something got broke they wouldn’t fix it but with quality rentals they literally treat you like family! I’ve been with quality rentals for over a year and I will always continue to use them! They have awesome deals! And their extremely reasonably priced! When my tv got randomly messed up due to a factory issue they didn’t hesitate to come look at it and give me a replacement! They’ll work with you on what you need! They ACTUALLY care about their customers! I will always suggest people to go to them! Paul and the entire team have always treated my family like their own!! I love you quality rentals!!!
