The worst store ever. I was 11 days late on payment when tried to explain why and work things out the store manager was totally rude. Sent oerso. To my house to ge t product. Called him told him I would bring the I pad in tomorrow or monday after I deleted my information and factory reset the I pad. He tokd ne no and that his person wasn,t leaving without it. So my info still on there, was not given a option to piut item on hold till I was able to get the money and get back on track. I will never use your company ever again. Worst customer service. Yes I got alittke mean and over board but only dod that because he would not let me speak, explain any thing or see if we could work something out.

Go up down and do business with them at least their store manager care about more than her stats. I've done business uptown for years without issue but this store is a disgrace to the company!

I recently visited a store in downtown steubenville, oh to purchase a couch and loveseat. The used set on display that they were cleaning full of dog hair, and worn cushions, I was told by the manager, I could purchase both couch and loveseat for $500. Obviously was not gonna pay hundreds of dollars for that. Then I ask about new of the same product. I was told $700 new no tax out the door, free delivery. I was like wow, good deal. So I ask him to order it. Week and half later, I had to keep calling store asking where merchandise was. Feb21st, Saturday I went to store and the furniture is sitting wrapped by the door. No one around, I called twice while sitting in store for 10-15 minutes. I leave, go get a bite to eat, come back and the manager is there. So I go to counter to give info and pay, he says, how's $846 sound? I said, it's doesn't sound good, that's not what you quoted me. I said, you said $700 no tax. He says, no, I said that about the used, I say, no you quoted me $500 for that. So he precedes to tell.me he will make it work for me. I'm now wondering how?? He tells me about numbers on the furniture and tags, he's gonna switch the old furniture numbers to the new furniture. I'm like this, if your gonna be dishonest about a deal with furniture, I don't want no part of that. I can't believe I waited a week and a half for furniture that I was never gonna get for me being honest!! How disappointing can it get.
