Johnathan is very respectful, very helpful, and understanding of the customers! With just his service alone I would have kept a 5 star review. Ive done so much business with RAC based on his courteousy alone but today unfortunately just because of Galvin my 5 star dropped to a 2. He was very rude, doesn't care about solutions, over talking the client just so he can be heard, won't work with you and is just a trash employee overall. Please beware whenever entering a contract with RAC if you aren't dealing with Johnathan then you will get a bottom of the barrel employee. I have litteraly done business with RAC for almost 3 to 4 years & now that I have fallen on hard times getting back on track Galvin claims that I have taken advantage of them. I don't understand how I have taken advantage whenever I am late I still have to pay the full payment plus whatever fees are paid. It's saturday and I just needed a extension for Wednesday instead Galvin is gonna do a pickup on Tuesday which is fine 😂. I pray he has the day he deserves and the Lord blesses his heart.

The guys off grand Ave in ft Smith came to get my washer and dryer a couch and dining set and we're mad because I had no need for it any longer. These men unhooked my washer and dryer and proceeded afterwards to turn my hott water on n run it out the drain. My electric was $650 a month and water went up to $150 in single person household. Vindictive employees. Don't return anything because it will cost you
