My experience with Rent-A-Center since March 2026 has been a complete disaster. First, the installation was done incorrectly, and my property management company had to come fix Rent-A-Center’s mistake. That’s not something a customer should have to deal with after paying for a service. Then I received a USED dryer when I specifically paid for NEW equipment. How does that even happen? What really gets me is how fast Rent-A-Center is when it comes to collecting money versus fixing their own mistakes. Miss one payment of $40.35 and they’ll blow up your phone and come knocking at your door like you’re $200 behind. Meanwhile, customers are left dealing with installation issues and the wrong equipment. The level of urgency they show for a $40 payment is impressive. I just wish they showed that same urgency when delivering what customers actually paid for. Wrong installation. Used equipment instead of new. Constant calls and door visits over one missed payment. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a company before. The audacity is truly unmatched. 🤣

I have been waiting now 2 weeks for them to come fix my father inlaws lift recliner that we are renting from them still haven't came to fix it they don't even answer there phone when I call not happy at all
