I can't deal with this bs I bought used furniture that was supposed to be cleaned before delivered and here I am at week 3 and still have not been cleaned atp just refund me

Terrible customer service towards Military members. Zero communication on their end unless it's about payments. Waited for 2 months for a table that they just kept saying was.... coming....

Active Duty Military family here & we have received HORRIFIC customer service! Total lack of communication with customers who spend $400 a month on products. On hold with Corporate currently. Would not recommend this store.

Do not recommend for military families. They put dents in the walls, tried taking the washer and dryer thru a doorway that was too small and damaged door frames. They ripped up out vinyl flooring by being careless and when I asked them they said it wasn’t their problem. We are now having to pay to have housing come fix the flooring in the living room and hallway in our house at fort Stewart. Do not recommend. Very unprofessional with how they remove items from homes. I will attach the pics with time stamps.

This place is awesome they have gone overboard for me! They have called text and kept me updated for what I was looking for❤❤ Miss Anita is the best as so is the co workers ❤❤❤.
