I walked into rent a center stating my family’s urgent need for a washer and dryer to ensure my children get to school with clean clothes. I was assured it was be delivered the next day. Well here it is the next day no washer and dryer and no communication. I’m very disappointed and the service hasn’t even begun yet. I’m guessing they just needed to make sale. Highly disappointed!

This place is ridiculous. They overcharge for stuff $1,500 for a mattress that is used is ridiculous. I had my stuff picked up prior to the payment day and it “forgot to get dropped” so auto pay took $200 out of my account. I called and they gave me a cash refund but when I came in Vanessa didn’t even know what I was talking about she kept insisting I still had the stuff. I asked for corporate number and Steven told me they didn’t have it and proceeded to tell me “I don’t know how many time I have to explain it for you to understand it forgot to get dropped” $200 isn’t something you forget. I was waiting to speak to the manager who was just sitting at a table in the show room on his phone. Go to a different rental place if you can. This was absolutely ridiculous. Oh and not to mention it still isn’t off my account

Mario was great! He was very professional, helpful, and got me what I needed very quickly. I'd definitely recommend people talk to him I'd they have any questions or are looking to get new equipment.

The experience with Rent A Center today was amazing and great. We were able to get my daughter a bed with no hassle. Thank you for the great positive energy and encouragement. Great to know people still care and go over and beyond the call of customer service care.

I love Mrs. Vanessa she is the best she is always kind and friendly and she helps me with anything i need. the staff is always putting a smile on my face when i see them and thats awesome they have the best spirit and i would recommend all people to go there.
