It's been downhill since Brandon moved a few years ago and now that Chance is gone I am paying off then not coming back. They always worked good with me and always helped out even with stuff not from rac. Without the Hawaii shirts and long beards this store has no personality keft In response to the corporate response below: this is the problem. You obviously did not understand my review. You have a staffing problem not a service problem. Tim and the rest will make sure I am good because I always pay early. The problem is that the people keeping me here are gone.

Their so called employees are rude. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck and they want a payment every week but I get paid bi weekly. It’s very sad knowing that they pride themselves in customer service but every time they call they are extremely rude. I’m never going to work with yall again.

You can't be going through a hard time with your company. You don't give people a chance without coming to their homes, banging on the door, trying to collect their things. It's bad enough you take advantage of the poor, but you can't even help them out by arranging a payment better fitting for them until they get back on their feet. This is my first and last time dealing with your company.

My experience with the workers, was kind people that had great attitudes..Plus 30 min to closing I go pick it up. Where my experience to RAC as a consumer? Do the smoke afterwards?
