Worst customer service ever. They have to get a new manager before I ever go there.

After making 34 payments even though they were most of the time a few days late I still paid them every time every week. They said they needed to change my payment date since I was always late but instead doubled my payment and set me on bi-weekly without telling me over doubling my payment without prior knowledge their manager is the worst manager I've ever seen he does not care about you and he will show up to your home unannounced even if you're just a week late

Very disappointed. Been a week I got a sound bar. First one didn't work. Took it back and got another one. Second one didn't work. They ordered me a new one. A week later they got it in. Now I hear excuses that I won't get it today. It's been a week they have had my money and I have nothing.

They act predatory over small amounts of money-and target those are in hardships and with bad credit. They are an awful company. Find another option than this. Not only are you paying a hefty price on interest rates you are harassed over less than $100. And they "threaten" you to call the police in attempts to collect. It is insanity. Please do not use these people. They are awful. Not compassionate or even remotely good human beings. If I could give this rating a zero I would. Paying customer with multiple items for over 2 years. They simply do not care about people.

I called to make a payment and the man on the other end demanded I tell him why I was late and explain my entire personal situation to him or he threatened to cancel our agreement and come repossess my washer. I was very uncomfortable explaining my personal situation to a stranger. And I was very upset with the phone call and how i was treated as a loyal customer. When in this business customer satisfaction is your main priority. When I was initially calling to make my payment ! Very unprofessional and very rude staff.

I would like to Thank Jermaine who set up my dryer on 12/1/23….Excellent customer service!!! I would also like to mention J.D. & Donovan who are management @ the store they have been a Pleasure working with!!! If I ever-have a need in the future they will be the first that I will contact!!! Also would like to add that the young men who picked my dryer up also did an excellent job I just didn’t get their names! Thanks guys!!!
