Logan Rent-A-Center is a 10+ star store, no question. Abby helped me right away when Ogden couldn't, and she got the exact chair I wanted delivered to me in Ogden without any hassle. Francisco handled the delivery - friendly, professional, solid guy. And Emilio is the best manager I've dealt with. I'm in sales, I talk to businesses all day, and he stands out big-time. Because of the experience I've had with this team, I refer people to them as much as I can. They're the best.
I would give less stars if I could. They told me they would give me a free month so I was like cool no payment until month 2. Nope. They wanted payment the same month I got it. Not a free month. So I told them I would pay them next month for 2 months because I didn't have the money to pay and they said my account would be flagged and go to collections. They wouldn't even work with me. Not only that but they told me the payments would be around 90$ my first bill was 114. Not 90. This place is a scam. Do not rent from them.

I want Juan back as manager. I don't like this new manager. I've been with Rent a Centrr for over 39 years now and even before it was called Eagles Rentals same building. Well for being 3 to 4 days late on payment monthly the Manager sent the rent a center out to my home today . I've never ever had this happen before with the same scenario. Juan and before him managers were-. Kindhearted and understanding to there costumers . I'm upset and want this new manager GONE. . I use to give them a 5 star not anymore -barely a 1 star. How dare you... How dare you !!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! The worst Customer service I have ever experienced 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND! The washer We had gotten from them was under warranty and when it had a manufacturer defect they refused to do anything about it we went weeks and weeks without a washer we were still paying for DO NOT GO HERE!
Just would like to give a special shout out to Juan from the Logan store he has been so kind and thoughtful with my mom and I. Whenever something of a financial burden happens he tries to help us out. We really do appreciate him and his staff. Always super nice and respectful on the phone and in the store. Just always make your payments on time and they will help you in time of need. Thank you
