The lady there is super rude we never had a issue with that rent a center till she had came along we no longer go through them we were supposed to get a couch from them didn’t even bring what we discussed at the store was supposed to be a sectional couch and they dropped off a white couch after I said we didn’t want anything light color but she gave us complete white couch we kept it ofc for a little bit because we had nothing to sit on yes we should have returned it bad on my end on that but still it’s the principal she was super rude after I told her the guy we spoke to said we get a month free didn’t have to put anything down because we paid something off early then when we sent that couch back and got a new one also had a month free off it because we paid our tv off early without looking into our account she called my husband saying if we didn’t make a payment on it she was gonna have them take it so i had to call her back because my husband was at work so I called told her we had a month free off because we paid our tv off early she said oh let me look at your account and I’m like you didn’t even look into our account before calling my husband like I’m sorry she is just super rude doesn’t even look into peoples accounts before calling them the guys there I will say very respectful and we’re happy to deal with them but we were so tired of her attitude when we moved we just sent everything back they were nice enough to give us a discount for paying off our other tv and tv stand so we do appreciate them for that but other than that we just got over renting from them because of her attitude and not even looking into our account before calling us threatening to take our stuff

Fraudulent company! Took the machine back and didn't cancel the automatic payment, overcharged for a month's rent and couldn't give a refund! Couldn't contact the person in charge either! Full of lies and constant delays, scammed 134.62!!!

My sister and I went into the DeRenne store today to get some furniture for her new apartment. The store manager Shaff Benson was a great help. He was also hilarious which is great in the costumer service business. I will definitely be coming back to get my furniture from here. Great service with a side of comedy, you can't beat that!

So My husband and I have been having to start over completely. Today we went into the Derenne store looking for a bed & received GREAT help. Unknowingly the help we received was from the store manager! He was a tremendous help & very great to speak with & he even stayed past closing time to make sure we were able to leave with our bed today!! Will definitely be going to them for any future purchases we’d like to make!! Thank you Mr. Benton for your wonderful help!

I love the staff at the derenne store, great people to handle business with. Mostly I'm always having good conversations when I walk it. Gary is an awesome boss and runs his store smoothly and himself and staff listens and understands that, hey sometimes things happened in life so they are their to help. No complaints from my end.
