I have never had any problems with this store .If you run into a problem with your bill they will work it out with you .they staff is wonderful people.i give them 5 stars any time.

Rent A Center on Montgomery Crossroads always delivers! I have been a loyal customer for years and they never disappoint. They delivered my washer / Dryer in the pouring rain. They always come through! They provide great quality service and products! They are there when you need them and the manager Marcus is a gem! 10/10 !

Not happy at all with experiences as I have been in the past with a different store. Takes months to get anything done . Bought a bed last year I called over a month ago also gave my new number no response about the poorly made metal box spring but if course they have no problem taking my money because they know they can take the bed back if payments are not made. This is so ridiculous I'm sending pics to corporate because this is a shame. I will not talk to finance dept I have text messages on my phone showing very rode and inappropriate comments . I have a job as well someone should return calls and do what they need to. Never had this issues with the store on defense which I will deal with going forward .

This is far most the best service I have ever received…..I had a little complications using the app but when I called I spoke with a Very nice young lady by the name of LATESHA,and let me tell you everyday I called and everyday she was the SWEETEST AND THE NICEST …10/10 service….and the delivery guy anthon he was amazing as well .Thanks you guys once again
