Not a good company. Company does not understand when you have life events going on and you cannot pay right then and there. I called them to let them know that I couldn’t pay and company was still adding on late fees to my bill. Also, company threatened to take me to court after I previously told them to come get their belongings. Company also said I owed them 2130 when on my account it was only 717. I will never rent from this company again!

I dealt with Jamie. He was extremely nice and thorough. Very satisfied with the service he provided. Even though we don't live in Savannah, we would definitely recommend them.

Wow!! The customer service was amazing. Tamika was really good at focusing on what customers need and require. She has a real instinct to understand our questions effectively. Good work! You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively. DEFINITELY recommend coming here, and ask for Tamika and Ladon is just as amazing!

Quick and great service. I spoke with Sylvia over the phone then went up to the store, she is so sweet and got me in and out. I didn’t have any issues with my process.
