If you don’t have to extremely rent from these guys, please don’t instead of them properly communicating with you as a customer they will just slap a repossession notice onto your door without Going through the proper measures of contacting their customers before they reached the final warning . I would say just don’t rent from them at all. They will tell you that it won’t be a problem once you make the minimum payments on your account as far as them threatening to come and pick up the merchandise, but that is a lie you can make up to almost all of your payments and they will still threaten you with repossession without proper communication with their customers so just avoid renting furniture from them as a whole. This is the greedy company for rent to own furniture. You’re better off going to Aaron’s .or home source
Not a good company. Company does not understand when you have life events going on and you cannot pay right then and there. I called them to let them know that I couldn’t pay and company was still adding on late fees to my bill. Also, company threatened to take me to court after I previously told them to come get their belongings. Company also said I owed them 2130 when on my account it was only 717. I will never rent from this company again!

I dealt with Jamie. He was extremely nice and thorough. Very satisfied with the service he provided. Even though we don't live in Savannah, we would definitely recommend them.

You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively. DEFINITELY recommend coming here, and ask for Tamika and Ladon is just as amazing!
Quick and great service. I spoke with Sylvia over the phone then went up to the store, she is so sweet and got me in and out. I didn’t have any issues with my process.
