I placed an order for a bedroom set because they don’t carry California king in stock so it had to be special ordered . I understand that it had to take a few weeks to get here once it arrived we arranged for delivery and upon delivery the chest the back of the dresser was damaged footboard the was damaged on the bed, and the rails did not have the proper parts to be able to put the bed completely together. pictures were taken, and I was told it would take seven days for replacement to be in when I contacted the store later in the week to find out how long it was going to be. I was told it was going to take at least 2 to 3 weeks so I decided to not go with the furniture that was ordered from the store in all the years that I’ve been dealing with Aaron’s , I have had four bedroom sets two living room sets, televisions, washer, dryers, and other furnishings, and have never had anything of this sort happen or be treated as if I was beneath them and given very vague responses not only that but every time I was told that they would contact me. I ended up having to contact them and got more vague answers. I will never do business with the store and most likely never do business with Aaron’s ever again.

Fast, curtious, and professional that's the experience I had at Aarons today when I met Ron! I will definitely be returning.

I just like to say how great this store is, but I have two young ladies that I would like to give a lot of credit to precious from the first day I walked in but very kind and helpful and patient. SHe walked me through it step by step And I think she's a doll. SHe's a really nice person. Great personality And the other one is shante. Very helpful. Very patient also you have a very good staff here. Your delivery man everybody they were just so nice. Every everything was so great. I used to be a customer a Rent-A-Center which I left them because of the way they treated me here and I just I mean you just got a good group here but I'm sorry precious was the first one that came in contact with and she's really the one that sold me on everything. So I just like to say that whatever you do they have a great group

Change and Ron were great and very helpful when my equipment went down they made sure that was at the top of the list to get a replacement and what I got was brand new they care about their customers and I want everyone to come to the aarons on white bluff

I’ve been a customer with Aaron’s for almost a year and I have dealt with quite a few different workers. Some of them I never want to talk to because they act as if you’re beneath them and they talk to you badly . Well since dealing with them they have one lady Shavon or Shavonne she’s very professional and very knowledgeable about her job. She gives you all of your options and doesn’t make you regret renting to own with this location . Very sweet and she treats you with respect. She’s not one who tries to make u feel bad for falling behind on your payment.every time I talk to her she shows compassion and kindness towards me.
