The people at the store are rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this store . They lie and give me the runaround for over 2 weeks. Don’t waste your time or money here. Why can’t I leave a no star rating? They don’t deserve even a 1.

Paid for products that didn't do what they was supposed to do. Return product for 2 months got nothing established but a there's nothing I can do. Very disappointed customers of 18 months. I feel like I waisted $800+ on nothing speaker don't do half the stuff it's supposed to do.

So my husband and I have used Rent a Center in Oakwood Shopping Center for the last 3 years as a means to purchase things for our home on a budget. We have purchased a few items through them and had a washer/dryer combo and stove since August of 2018. I missed a payment last week and couldn't pay until the following Tuesday. So they claimed there was nothing they could do after we have paid $273 each month for the last 10 months faithfully. Even after we added another item which added another $80/mo to the bill. So I will never recommend this store because they refuse to help their regular paying customers. We were planning to fully purchase these last few items at the end of August this year, but the way they treated us as if we didn't pay our bills, they will never see my hard earned money again.
