Know someone who recently rented a gaming system and as soon and they got it home and turned on cockroaches started running out!!

If you don't need to furniture desperately pleassssssse don't not rent from them. I was highly upset in the beginning because I got my furniture three days late. I know things happen but they have the worst communication ever. I had to call them to find out I would not get my furniture. But here is the kicker. I'm out of town for something that came up. My payment was due and I ask if I could come in later in the week to pay it when I got back. Oh they said no and ask immediately that they need to pick up the furniture and was someone home. That made me so mad because they quick to get a payment or get the furniture if you don't pay but won't get your furniture on time. They want high ratings but they lack bad customer service, communication, and delivery. Once this is paid off I will make sure not only me but anyone else not go to this company.

The lady was very nice, the unprofessional manager eatin on the floor rude doesn't listen. I would love to know what he was insinuating when he said something wrong right there asking what u need a dryer if u don't have a washer I was thinking about getting both a washer and dryer my spouse had ordered a drain pump for our washer so he only wanted to get a dryer. Do had he listened anyone with any common sense would know why we needed a dryer and no washer. Romeo is ratchet and unprofessional I don't know who he was used to dealing with but everyone isn't trying to get over on u I understand a lot of people do ignorant things but u just stereotype everyone u don't make sense. I don't know anything about how that stuff worked and u act like someone supposed to just know the policy's y'all have like how much is required down and things of that nature but see one thing u fail to realize I had my camera on I promise I'ma send it to your corporate office
