My first time doing this , and my experience was very pleasant and fast , I wasn't there 20 minutes and walked out with what I came for. Not being computer savvy I was a little worried, but the sign in was easier than I thought and Michelle and Mr Carroll was very helpful. No relation. Thank you both , I'll be back for that sofa.
My family member purchased a tv from them and it was cracked so she took it back and got another one and they want to charge her for the cracked tv but I don't see why she should have to pay for a damage tv

Excellent customer service! The guys delivered my furniture on time and were very friendly. They made sure it was setup just how I wanted and also made sure all the trash was gone and everything was taken care of before they left! Thanks Daniel & Demetrius!

Had a great experience. The new manager Daniel was so helpful and courteous! Was looking for a particular item for a family member and even though he was swamped trying to bring the store up to par, he took the time to personally make sure that I got what I needed at a great value!!
After calling to be sure this store would be open until 7, and speaking with Daniel, who said he asked April if the full bed we had talked about was still there, I was told there were a few more there even if that one was not. My sister drove 30 miles one way to pick up the bed, only to be told, no, they didn't have it. We were buying the bed out right, so I guess cash is too great a concept for simple people to grasp. I am not in the area, and called back and spoke to the manager. He apologized and offered to try to get another bed, at $10 more, but we decided we want to spend our money with someone that is more professional and doesn't waste people's times. I would put ZERO for the rating, but it will only let me post if I put at least 1.
