Update to my original review. So I tried using them again years later and the service is equally if not worse. Applied and approved online, they never call you like the website says they will so ended up calling them after almost 2 weeks had passed, to then receive not the friendliest of service and a very lengthy application and approval process. Signed a lease for a dryer I desperately needed, then waited for the next steps and was told by the manager that he would call me in a few days to set up delivery, well that never happened. Called the store for 4 days in a row looking for him but wasn’t there, when I finally got a hold of him he even talked me out of getting the brand new appliance I wanted for a used one with promises of a next week delivery. Well guess what never happened again…not a phone call not a scheduled delivery or even an update. When you go to lease equipment on the site it’s all a lie, you will not get your item within 2-3 days, you won’t even get it within 2-3 weeks so please don’t get fooled like I did. I ended up going with a competitor instead and was able to get what I needed within 1 week fully new and delivered including into my home, for much less work and hassle. Will never even look at their website again.

Although at first when they delivered the items, there was not much of organization as they left my furniture in a room wrapped. No unpacking or putting it together; the service they have provided when my items needed repair or replacement was great. They’ve took care of it right away! Very attentive to my needs after the mishap in the beginning.

I placed an order online yesterday and set up delivery for 6 pm today. After waiting for a half hour I finally called to find out why they hadn’t arrived, only to be told that the girl who took my order yesterday- Aliyah- has “only been here 5 days” and mistakenly set up my delivery for after they close. I understand that she’s new and all, but I don’t understand why they would have someone so new handling orders when she’s clearly not ready to. I’m EXTREMELY upset as I absolutely needed this washer and dryer to be delivered TODAY and now I’m stuck scrambling to find anywhere else that will deliver appliances quickly. I warn everyone to consider going to a different location rather than this one.
