My finance and I ordered furniture. Submitted everything was approved picked furniture and they have been taking payments and have yet to deliver. Finally today, after playing phone tag and reaching out several times to speak with a guy name frank, to no avail, we were contacted and notified that they were “short staff” and NEEDED HELP MOVING THE ITEMS IN!!!! How unprofessional is that! It’s sad and sickening when moving and trying to make our house a home just for inconveniences like that! Not only were they not apologetic they didn’t even offer to credit what we’ve been paying with no couches. Extremely sickening and a disappointment as I took off work to get the items delivered smh !

Was told I was on a hard skip and to contact head quarters. Contacted them to be told it can take up to 48hours to complete investigation about something I know for a fact to not be true

The sales lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all i okaced a order online was given q promo code thats says it oays for the first week i eet up my agreement in all just to be told i have to oay before my order was delivered the sales nanager was so 4ude

I wasn't expecting to be able to sign an agreement initially just to fill out paperwork to set up my account. The staff were patient and took their time processing my paperwork and they worked with me to set up an agreement that I could work with to get the things I needed.
